Monthly Staff Gatherings
Every month, Gateway staff come together to be inspired and further equipped through authentic team engagement as well as practical teaching by senior and executive staff in the areas of vision, mission, and strategy; leadership development; self-care principles; and more. It’s an incredibly effective way for staff to refocus and recharge while staying abreast of current and future plans for the ministry of Gateway Church.
