Made to Move: advancing His kingdom through community and scripture-themed workouts.
Join me for a unique workout each week.
All you need is a mat, a willingness to glisten & glow (we’re going to work up a sweat!), and an inviting heart for the Holy Spirit to move with us!
Weights (dumbbells/kettlebells/medicine ball) are not required, but encouraged if you have them - I will have some available to share.
Format of our weekly 1 hour sessions:
~15 minutes for warmup and brief discussion of our workout and weekly scripture(s)
20-30 minutes of HIIT style training. All movements will be modifiable to meet you wherever you’re at in your fitness journey.
15-20 minutes for cooldown, meditation and prayer
Invite a friend and come move with me!
Weather permitting, we will meet every Wednesday morning, March 13 - May 25.
