The book of Acts gives the history of the Christian church and the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our study will show that God can do amazing things through ordinary people when He empowers them through His Spirit. Acts underscores the ways God can and does do the same through us—changing our hearts, empowering us by the Holy Spirit, and giving us a passion to share the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ.
