Jeff and Julie Williams have been members of Gateway Church since 2005. In 2012 the couple launched Taste Project with the mission to feed, educate, and serve our community so they may “…taste and see the Lord is good.” Psalm 34:8. (Learn more at www.tasteproject.org).
Taste Project operates Taste Community Restaurant, a pay-what-you-can restaurant in Fort Worth Texas. The menu has no prices, and they ask guests to do one of the following: 1) pay what you can afford, 2) pay what you would typically pay, or 3) pay what you would typically pay, plus a little extra to help a neighbor in need.
This group will volunteer together at Taste Community Restaurant serving 150-200 guest, followed by fellowship and prayer over lunch (lunch provided). No experience is required.
