Grains & Starches

- Tuna or Salmon: 6 cans (5 oz each)
- Canned Beans: 8 cans (15 oz each black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, etc.)
Vegetables
- Canned Vegetables: 10 cans (15 oz each mixed veggies, green beans, corn, etc.)
- Tomato Products: 4 cans (diced, crushed, or paste for cooking)
Fruits
- Canned Fruits: 8 cans (15 oz each peaches, pineapple, mixed fruit, etc. in juice or water)
- Dried Fruits: 2 bags (rasins, apricots, mangos, etc.)

- Tea Bags: 1 box
- Coffee (instant): 1 small jar

- Granola Bars: 2 boxes
- Peanut Butter: 1 large jar
