WILD 2 (Women in Leadership Development, Part 2) offers seven interactive sessions designed to build on the foundations from WILD 1 to deepen participants' understanding of their spiritual gifts and further develop their leadership skills. The curriculum emphasizes cultivating courageous leadership, thriving in leadership, managing and leading change, conducting healthy confrontations and resolutions, and being prepared for spiritual warfare. The class provides practical tools, biblical insight, and peer support to equip women to lead confidently and effectively.
Requirements: Completion of Growth Path and WILD 1, and a commitment to attend all sessions.
