Our mission is to encourage and inspire young men to anchor their identity in Jesus as they navigate the high-stakes world of business, relationships, and legacy. We operate on a simple philosophy: The truth is constant, but the reminder must be daily. Whether you are looking for mentorship from those further down the road or accountability from peers in the trenches, you’ll find a "Mighty Men" spirit here that views every secular job as a sacred ministry.
How We Meet:
Each session follows our "Huddle" model: we start by declaring our purpose, dive into scripture-heavy teaching and templates on life’s critical transitions, and then open the table to voice the hurdles you're hitting in your personal or professional life. We end every meeting with a weekly "activation" challenge to ensure the Word moves from our heads to our hands. We aren't just a study group; we are a community built to ensure no one navigates the pressure of providing and leading in isolation. Come ready to be challenged, reminded, and activated.
