Who can attend Young Adults Retreat?
Young adults ages 18 through their mid-thirties are invited to attend.

What are the dates and times of the retreat?
The retreat begins with check-in at 6:30 pm on Friday, October 10, and ends by 12 pm on Sunday, October 12.

Is transportation provided from the Dallas Fort–Worth area to Sky Ranch?
While formal transportation is not provided, we encourage attendees to carpool. Please reach out to your campus young adults team for help coordinating rides with others.

What does the registration fee cover?
Registration covers everything for the entire weekend, including meals and lodging, but excludes transportation to and from Sky Ranch and dinner on Friday night. Please eat before you arrive.

Can I register when I get there?
Unfortunately, on-site registration will not be available. All attendees must register by Tuesday, September 30.

Are meals included?
Yes! Meals are covered starting with Saturday breakfast and ending with Sunday breakfast. Please eat dinner Friday night before you arrive.

Are dietary accommodations available?
Sky Ranch offers gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan meal options.

What should I wear?
Casual and comfortable attire is perfect for the weekend. Think athleisure and activewear—no need for formal clothing. Activities may include horseback riding, kayaking, zip lining, archery, and more. We encourage you to check the weather for Van, Texas, to plan for weather-appropriate attire.

What should I bring?
Please pack:- Bedding and a towel.
- Toiletries.
- Your Bible and a journal.
- Comfortable clothing for both indoor sessions and outdoor activities.

Jacket (even if the weather is nice, the indoor sessions may be chilly with A/C).

Is childcare available during the retreat?
Childcare will not be available. Please make outside arrangements.

How are cabin accommodations assigned?
Cabins will be assigned based on gender and campus at check-in. Private lodging for married couples will not be available.

Can I request who I am in a cabin with?
We aim to assign attendees by campus, so you’ll likely be placed with others from your campus’s young adults group!

Is financial assistance available?
Yes! Financial aid is available through your campus application form. The deadline to apply for assistance is Friday, September 26, and aid is given on a first-come, first-served basis per campus.

Are partial or single-day rates available?
We are only offering full-weekend registrations. Partial and single-day rates are not available.

What is the refund policy?
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Thank you for your understanding!
