Randy McFarland

Randy McFarland is the founder and director of Southwest Adjusters, LLC / TeamOne LLC, a nationally-recognized insurance claims firm operating in 48 states. He is also the founder of 7M Investors, a real estate investment and development company with experience in residential, commercial, and retail sectors. Randy has a passion for faith-based leadership; he holds a degree from Oral Roberts University with an emphasis in theology and studied architecture at Texas A&M University.

In 1986, Randy met Constance, and they were married three years later. One year into their marriage, Randy experienced a profound transformation and gave his life to Christ and received the baptism in the Holy Spirit. To this day, they remain deeply committed to their faith, family, and community. Together, Randy and Constance live with purpose, sharing their journey and encouraging others to walk in God’s promises with faith and love.

Randy and Constance have been active members of Gateway Church since 2011, and he joined the eldership as a nonstaff elder in 2025. Randy additionally serves on the Board of Trustees at The King’s University, continuing his passion for ministry-based education and leadership development. Today, Randy and Constance are the proud parents of five daughters, five sons-in-law, and a whole bunch of wonderful grandchildren.
