This group is designed specifically for those who feel called to lead Mending the Soul and walk alongside others on a journey of deep healing and restoration. Together, we will prepare our hearts and minds for this sacred work, gaining clarity, confidence, and spiritual grounding as we learn what it truly means to shepherd people through places of pain with wisdom, compassion, and Christ-centered care.

This is more than leader training. It is a space for prayer, preparation, and personal growth, where God refines us as leaders while equipping us with the tools, language, and discernment needed to lead well.
