Joined Gateway Staff: I began working with Amazing Kids in 2004, and in 2008, I joined the staff full-time as an Associate Director responsible for the Nursery and Early Childhood.

Family: I’ve been married to Lonnie since 1982. We’ve known each other since we were 12 years old. We have two wonderful sons: Casey and Chase, and a new daughter-in-law, Courtney (married to Casey).

Saved: Despite growing up in a church pastored by my grandfather and walking down the aisle for salvation at the age of 5, I was truly "born again" as a young adult in 1987 in my home. That’s when I realized it was all about Jesus and had nothing to do with me!

Previous Lines of Work: I worked in Christian publishing and education for 12 years.
