Steve Dulin received his bachelor of arts in business management from Rice University. He did not go to church growing up, and by the time he graduated from college, he had been in more than 100 fist fights and 13 car wrecks. He met Melody, who is now his wife, in college. It was through her influence and the influence of her family that he made Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior during his senior year. 

In 1990, he started Milestone Construction, Inc., an interior finish-out company, where he served as owner and president for 20 years. In 2006, he sold Milestone Construction to devote his time to ministering to business leaders in the church and throughout the world. Steve is the founder of MasterPlan Business Ministries and serves on the board of several nonprofits. He is a founding elder at Gateway Church and currently the executive director of Gateway Business Leaders.

Steve has been happily married to Melody since 1982, and they have been blessed with two daughters and three grandchildren.
