I was saved at the age of seven at church. My dad said he knew I had experienced a true heart change when I allowed my brother to have the last cherry jello later that day!

Family
Married my husband, Craig, on January 7, 1995. We have three boys—Christian, Caleb, and Joel—and the family diva dog—Bella!

Fun Facts
People might be surprised to know I love sports and am very competitive. You will often find me watching football or baseball (depending on the season) and keeping a close watch on my ESPN app.

If I could get coffee with one person it would be Elisabeth Elliot. I love how she returned to the village where villagers killed her husband and fulfilled what he started by evangelizing them. In a favorite quote of mine, she says, “If God, like a father, denies us what we want now, it is in order to give us some far better thing later on. The will of God, we can rest assured, is invariably a better thing.”

If I had to eat the same meal every day, it would be chips and hot sauce, cheese enchiladas, rice and beans, a Diet Dr. Pepper … and Blue Bell homemade vanilla ice cream (I always have to have dessert!).
