We're excited to begin a brand new phase in our guitar training at Gateway Church. Building on the strong foundation that has been built the last few years, we are extending our instruction opportunities. Guitar will now be offered from the basic level up through different advanced levels all on one night.
 

Age Limit
12 years and Older
We have prayerfully considered the age limits for this class. Because we want to ensure that all students receive the best instruction possible, we believe that 12 is the youngest age we can effectively offer group instruction. Because of the level of skill required to play guitar, we recommend private lessons for anyone under 12 wanting to learn how to play guitar.

Please Note: Entry into the guitar program takes place each year in January as a general rule. Students will not be added after the Introduction Nights for that year. See class pre-requisites for more details.
 

Cost
$50 for the Full-Year Program per Student
$50 covers class materials as well as resources students will receive. This will include some guitar supplies for each student to help them be equipped for the class. The program cost will also cover the full year of instruction, regardless of how many levels the student participates in. A limited number of scholarships are available.
 

Class Pre-Requisites
Introduction Night with Instructors
(Registration required)
In order to be part of our guitar instruction class, you must attend one of our introduction nights with the instructors. These evenings will give you an opportunity to meet the instructor as well as help us determine which level of class you will be registered in.
