Defining Freedom
January 14
What is freedom? Freedom is not defined by what is absent. Freedom is defined by Who is present. This class will help you identify and remove those things that are currently hindering your growth, enter the abundance for which you were made, discover your identity in Christ, and learn how to be an influence in the lives of others.

Taught by the Freedom Team

Freedom Basics 101

SUNDAYS
Spiritual Life Classes | 12:00 pm | Classroom C

To the Jew First
January 14
This course looks at the Church’s Jewish historical roots. Come explore why “to the Jew first” is a priority at Gateway Church. You’ll learn how this principle relates to our marriages and families and see why this principle brings so many blessings into your life. Come get equipped to put first things first and understand the many “firsts” the Church has received through Israel.
Taught by Rebecca Kopplin

How to Lead a Passover Seder in Your Home
January 21
Worship the Lord by celebrating the original Festival of Freedom in your home with friends and family. Learn how to prepare the Passover table, the prayers, the meal, and the Haggadah (the telling) reading around your table. No Hebrew required, just a desire to celebrate the same feast that Yeshua “eagerly” awaited. Prior to this class, please purchase the Messianic Passover Haggadah available at every campus bookstore for $8.
Taught by Rebecca Kopplin

The Roots of Anti-Semitism
January 28
Let’s look at the biblical and spiritual roots of anti-Semitism and the rise of anti-Semitism in the early Church. In fact, Paul understood the eternal importance of a unified body of Messiah. He wrote Romans to create unity between Jewish believers and Gentile believers. Today we are still witnessing an alarming tide of anti-Semitism, but God gets the victory!
