Robert Fredella
Robert has held senior positions in the US Government and in corporate America for more than 35 years. After retiring from the US government at the age of 45 (with his last assignment being Program Director of a five-year, $250 million project), he entered corporate America as Vice President of Information Technology for one of the largest bottlers of PepsiCola. He has subsequently spanned his experience in other industries with huge growth companies holding senior positions in such companies as Qualcomm in the communications sector and i2 Technologies in the high-end software development sector. He was a consultant to Drake Beam Morin (one of the largest international job transition companies in the world), started two companies (one of which he currently operates that manufactures custom kiosk and reception areas) and is an authorized distributor of the world’s largest kiosk company. Robert is also the president of an information technology staffing company in Dallas, Texas.

Joe Borden
Joe has been in the staffing industry since 1995. He started his career as a technical resource for GRiD and AST. From there, Joe moved into management and then technical recruiting for DPRC and Compuware. He is co-founder of two staffing companies—Wired For Hire and Coolersoft. Joe has a passion for helping people through the hiring process and into the next opportunity God has planned for them. Joe has been married to a wonderful woman of God, Shari, since 1994, and they have two amazing boys, Trey and Brett. Joe helps with the Career Development Program and Healing Ministries at Gateway Church. He is also involved with Fellowship of the Sword and the Fort Worth Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Joe has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.

Sarah Harris
Sarah is a successful entrepreneur and has operated two businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for more than 17 years. Sarah began her career in various sales positions throughout the US and was quickly promoted into sales management. In her last corporate position, she managed 17 sales representatives with TST Impresso in Coppell, Texas. With an expertise in handling people and business, the next logical move was to start her own ventures: Prestige Design (a graphic design and printing firm) and Creative Surfaces (a construction company specializing in concrete stain application). Sarah’s experience and aptitude for design, customer service, marketing and PR has served her well and led her to the next level, a call to ministry. With a heart for assisting men and women who are struggling with their job search, Sarah has provided one-on-one career counseling from a biblical perspective through Gateway Church since 2003.

Larry Roachelle
Larry has been  a vice president, consultant, systems engineer and global manager in project and asset management for more than 25 years, with 16 of those years in IT infrastructure technology where he implemented process and life cycle management best practices. He's worked for companies such as Southwestern Bell/ATT, Trammell Crow, Design Resource Group, Citigroup and GMAC Mortgage. Currently, Larry has global IT Asset Management responsibilities for Ally Bank in North America, USA, Mexico and Internationally, tracking IT hardware, managing hardware leases, disposal management vendors and IT life cycle processes, utilizing IAITAM ITIL Best Practices. Larry’s passion is being a Life Coach, mentoring and helping people find and understand their natural and spiritual gifts, and how they apply to the job God wants them to have, and serve the body of Christ by volunteering in their local church. Larry focuses on attitude, dress for success, understanding how to develop good job research techniques, building a good resume and acquiring the interview skills necessary for a successful job transition (whether one has lost their job or looking for a better fit in the market place).

Jeff Burrows
Since graduating from Texas A&M in 2000, Jeff has been working in the investments industry in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He began his career as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley and then as a financial analyst within the Bass Enterprises companies. In 2004, Jeff joined Q Investments, a multi strategy private investment fund, as a financial analyst, including 2 years in a managing director role for Q’s Dublin, Ireland, office. Currently, Jeff is the Director of Recruiting for Q. Jeff is blessed with an amazing wife, Kori, and two beautiful children, Ian and Ryane. Jeff is very passionate about serving God’s people and helping them hone their skills and gifts to achieve their employment goals.
