A lot is happening inside the building. Since our designs call for the plumbing to be in different places than they were when the building was a grocery store, we have “roughed in” the plumbing. That means that we have carved out sections of the concrete foundation in order to put the necessary plumbing into the foundation. Since the plumbing was “roughed in” the walls have begun to take shape. The crew is working so efficiently that they are already to the “taping and bedding” stage.
By the way, please do not go inside the building. The insurance provider for the construction company doing the work does not allow anyone who does not work for the construction company to enter the building.
